One of the lesser understood features in Photoshop is the Gradient Map Adjustment Layer. This is unfortunate because it is really useful for creating richly colored, yet subtly toned image effects including mimicking traditional cross processed looks.
I’ve created a slideshow as a simple way to look back at my year through the images that I’ve posted using Lightroom mobile to my Instagram account. I find this yearly exercise yields interesting insights about where I am in my life and allows me to reflect upon the places that I’ve gone and the experiences that I’ve had. I would strongly encourage you to create a collection of your own images for the year to see the path that you followed in 2015.

Photoshop CC 2015 now supports SVG files. Choose File > Open and then choose to rasterize the image at the desired file size.
For those of you who haven’t been introduced to Adobe Spark Page, I have to tell you that I absolutely love this simple storytelling app from Adobe. In the past, Spark Page creations were limited to the iPad, but I’m so happy to announce that it is now available on the web. This means that you can create and tell your story with Spark Page from your desktop!
